All the details, explained

  • What does an engagement actually cost?

Depends on what the audit surfaces. Audits run $2,500–$45,000 by scope and origin. BeeMighty-referred sub-Rapid audits start at $2,500. Direct-outreach engagements start at Rapid pricing.

Build phase is project-priced from audit findings, with milestone billing tied to KPIs achieved — not hours worked. Retain is $999/month, optional for most engagements, mandatory for decision systems and founder-voice work.

    No hourly billing, ever.

  • How do we start?

A 30-minute conversation. If we're a fit, you'll know inside fifteen minutes. If we're not, we'll tell you who you should actually be talking to.

Either way you leave the call with something you didn't have when you walked in.

  • Do you work with all industries?

    No.

Current focus: trades and service SMBs running GoHighLevel, Zoho, or HubSpot. AEC engineering firms and boutique hospitality through network referral only.

We don't engage: healthcare-clinical (HIPAA), legal, accounting, government, regulated financial services, or anything predatory by structure (gambling, predatory lending, adult content, MLMs).

  • What makes metaxu different?

    Three things.

The audit is the work. Most firms give you a free assessment to sell you a build. We sell you the assessment, because that's where most of the value is. Sometimes the audit says "don't build this" — and the recommendation alone pays for itself.

No hourly billing, ever. You're paying for outcomes, not for someone's calendar.

We won't maintain someone else's mess. If we didn't build it, we're not on the hook for it. If we built it, we own it.
